With demand for organic food soaring, Summit County grocers are expanding natural and organic product offerings in their stores. According to Kevin Lane, General Manager of Food Kingdom in Breckenridge, the store expects to increase its organic food selection from 30% of items in the store to 40%. City Market is expanding organic offerings throughout its stores, says Frank Romero, director of grocery. Other stores serving the area include Alpine Natural Market in Frisco and Amazing Grace in Breckenridge.
