Country's First All-Organic Distillery Debuts Near HotchkissBilling itself as the country's first all-organic distillery, Peak Spirits has opened behind the Jack Rabbit Hill Winery in Redlands Mesa, CO. According to distiller Teague Wilson, his organic brandy still has two more years to age; meanwhile, the distillery is focusing on eau de vies and grappas, according to the Denver Post. I never thought of much
I never thought of much alcohol as not being organic since most if not all the ingredients are organic already. However organic this brandy is i'll be sure to try and get a bottle not just to drink but maybe cook something with it. I doubt i'll end up in alcohol treatment from cooking with it so i'll probably stick with that.
